If you have problems with underarm sweat, you're not alone. Many people have this problem, and it's actually a medical condition called "hyperhidrosis". There are people who simply sweat much more than normal. Fortunately, there are ways to address this.First of all, look at your own behavior. If you continually find yourself running around, under constant stress, and so on, simply alleviating stressful behavior may help with excessive underarm sweating.

Next, along with wearing a good antiperspirant, try wearing an extra shirt underneath your outer shirt to absorb extra sweat. You can change it a couple of times during the course of the day to help keep you dry.You can also use talcum powder, cornstarch, or a good prescription strength foot powder under your arms to help absorb sweat and reduce odor.If you aren't already doing this, make sure you stay very clean. Bathing every single day and washing under your arms thoroughly several times a day will help keep perspiration odor at bay.

Avoid becoming overheated or engaging in activities that will absolutely make you sweat unless you have no other choice. Unless you're doing physically strenuous work and you must sweat, do as much as you can to avoid excess perspiration.Of course, you should exercise, but do so at times when you can shower right away and pay attention to hygiene so that sweating difficulties are minimized. At other times, stay out of the sun, stay cool, and this should help reduce sweating difficulties.
